If you sand the hopper a bit to fit in the feedneck and take care of it, there should be no downside.
For 200ish dollars(some places still sell for 200),(and since the lasoya promaster is gone) its a very nice buy.

The only thing that truly needs upgrading would be the barrel, other than that you should be good to go, just be prepared to be looked down upon by many(just learn to play really well and shoot them, it's fun to watch those people when they get PERTURBED).

That's what's wrong with it.
You gas up the marker, put on the gloves, strap on the mask, and walk onto the field.. it doesn't matter that you failed a test, that your girlfriend broke up with you last night, or that you got a ticket on the way there...your world is right for the next couple hours, this is your heaven on earth... live it... love it..
How the hell could you stop me? Why in the world would you try? I go hard forever that's just how I'm designed, that's just how I was built.

The thing people hate most about ion owners is that they think that the ion is just as good as there like $1500 gun when it aint, just don't be too cockey with it.
And also the instructions are a nightmare, best to look for help on the net than break your gun following the instruction manual.
