For sale here is an almost new empire fuel tank

It is a 68/4500 tank and is high pressure.

It still has about two and a half years on the hydro. It is in flawless condition, there are no scratches at all. It is also TC stamped for you Canadians.

The guy before me used it only a few times and I have only filled it once to test it out... it works perfectly.

It comes with a thread cover and an NXE tank cover which is a bit ragged and dirty but still strong.

Price: 160 + shipping OBO

I am not trying to flame in any way, but you may have that priced a little high.. '05 tank for $165, that is the price of brand new ones.. You drop that down to around $120 or so and you will see it disappear..

Just trying to help you out...

It has basically sat around since then without use.

true, it may be brand new, but the hydro is half up. so instead of buying a half used tank, they will just buy a brand new tank with a fresh hydro so in 5 years, they can pay for the hydro then and not now. just trying to help you out

It is or best offer.

$120 is what you see old tanks go for on the nation, this is not an old tank.

The average 3 year hydro tank with less than a year of ownership will go for at least 140, probably 160 on average.

This is a 5 year hydro, treated extremely well and almost unused. They sell new for around $220, so 160 obo is actually pretty decent.

I'd give you $110, but you'll probably refuse that and I'll probably end up buying a new 5 year tank for $139.

Sorry, but you guessed correctly.

These empire fuel tanks are $220 new.

I would do less but not that much less.
