Hey i am looking to get my first compressed air tank.

What is a good tank to get? size? brand?

What is a good website to get one from, that has good feedback about shipping to canada?

Last item i ordered was $100, i got hit bad by customs with a 80% brokerage fee / duty. $82 fee.... sucked.. so has anyone had good success with a good company.

MacDev is probably the best brand overall, but they're expensive, at least $200 for one of their adjustable tanks. Best bang for your buck are the steel PE or PMI tanks-I scored a 71/30 for $40. Best overall performance are Crossfire CF tanks. A good buy would be a 68/45 Crossfire. If you're short on the money, get a 71/30 or 68/30 steely. If you've got money to burn, a 68/50 or larger MacDev adjustable.

True, but I don't think they cost any more (Or come in sizes besides 5000), and, if you ever do come across a 5000 PSI compressor, you're set.

Ouch, 80% duties? That's insane. I really hope I don't get 80% on my $130 order from Punisherspb...

That probably was ups with their insane brokerage fees...

the duties are usually (in case of ontario) are just the provincial 15% with 2%-5% extra...

Well.. i have been looking at action village.... they have some sick deals on tanks.. has anyone ordered anything from them to canada? How was your experience?

What tank would you get from their site? I carry my tank up on mid back with a rap4 vest... so weight really isnt that much a issue.

This one looks good to me .. but i know nothing.. :D

I've got a PMI 88/45 tank, and I too carry it midback (with an SO dagger harness). I say its a great tank that wont break unless you drop it on it's reg... I'm having a llittle bit of velocity trouble on my 98 but i know for a fact that it's not the tank regulators fault because I had the exact same problem with Co2. It's also kinda light for it's size, and it keeps it's fill very well (well mine does 0.o)
If you do end up getting that tank, i'll let you know in advance that you wont be disspointed (unless you get a sour lemon) and it will filfill all of you HPA/n2 needs.

Yea, that's what I heard it was. I'm shipping it with USPS, so I'm hoping for 17-20% or so.

I've never ordered from ActionVillage, but some people I know say it's good and shipping is great, and a few others say that the customs hit them hard. Maybe it depends on the shipping they used.
