I was given a job to work on over the winter.. I need to come up with codewords and/or key words for short commands for over walkie talkies. Like Mayday is a distress call. Can anyone help me with ideas? Or even a website that has some ideas?

You have to decide what commands you want codes for. Common would be stuff like:

Push
Retreat
Coverfire
Enemy is pushing the left
Enemy is pushing the right
We lost our left flank
We lost our right flank

Why not just say the command...haha

Its not a speedball field where if you say something they can immediately react...and if they have a walkie on your frequency then they care way too much, and if they are bad it wont matter and if they are good then it doesnt matter because they would be able to react anyway.

Focus more on executing things than having to worry about codes.
