Yes, buy a tapping kit at home depot or your local hardware store for $15-$20 and tap the bottom of the marker. (this adds threads to screw into much like the asa's on the bottom of the grips)

1. Create a Groove on both sides of the body and cross milling where whatever apparatus it can be attached to (look at the BT-4 as an example).
2. Taking an existing rail, cut it down to the desired length and either Tig or Mig Weld it to either side of the Body Halves to and over where the Foregrip was.

It appears that you are not very mechanically inclined. With that said I would suggest you find someone that knows what they are doing and have them do it for you. If you are not careful you will mess up big time and it will cost you more in the long run to get it repaired and redone right, just my opinion.
