Even if all you can do is get a PMI 48 CI steel tank that is what you need. It says in the manual to not to use CO2 for the air source.

Welcome to the forum Mike & congrats on the new marker. As DSH wrote, an HPA tank is a must... hopefully you are in an area that has HPA fills readily available to you. A 48/3000 steel tank is pretty cheap, used ones are rarely much more than a brand new 20oz CO2 tank.

Good luck w/ the new marker - take the money you saved getting it & buy a great mask!

You bought the brand, not my allegiance.

Agreed. SLG's won't last very long if you're running CO2. It's possible that if the previous owner was using CO2, that's what caused the leak.
Where is it leaking from? And how much is leaking (a small 'Psssss' or a loud 'Wooooosh')? Leaky markers are no fun. Depending on how much you shoot, you might want to find a larger HPA tank than a 48/3000, as you'll only get around 500 shots per fill on that.

And like Ger said, since you saved so much on your marker, use the extra cash and buy a top quality mask. I would recommend a JT Flex with a thermal lens. Those are some tough masks, and will last you a long time. Also, VForce Grill (that's what I use), Dye i3Pro, or the new Sly Profit. Really, look for anything with a Thermal lens, so it doesn't fog up in the middle of the game.

My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

Ok, so it's probably manageable. Where is it coming from? My friends little brother has an SLG, so I can ask him for any ideas.
