just a few questions about it. Someone near where I live is selling a 2003 Shocker with a 68/45 (out of hydro) and a freak barrel with no inserts for $75. I know its cheap and they probably have no idea how much its worth. My question is, is it LP or HP. and do you think its a good buy? I'm debating on whether to get it or not. And I may just get it and then sell it. what do you guys think?

Tell her you'll sell it for a profit, and then promise, and then sell it for a profit or die! :)

That's a great price. The tank may be on a manifold reg and not really removable. This was common for 2003 SFT's.

There may be no eyes and the board is semi only. However a good back up gun at that price.

The marker is a low pressure operation. You can use high or low pressure tanks.

Oh excellent Slinky. Thanks for that info. Also it does seem to have a huge "ASA" so Im guess thats what you mean by manifold reg. Can that be removed? Like if I brought it down to my pro shop could they do that? And I did make an offer to the guy and I may sell ti for a profit. who knows, maybe you'll see a pic of it on here soon haha.

Yes it can come off. Many shops won't play with them now because the new staff have no idea how it works. The marker needs it because it's the main regulator for the marker. Think of it as a main regulator/ASA/tank regulator combo.

I getcha. The guy at the proshop has been around for a while so Im confident he knows how to work with that. Be pretty cool if I do end up getting it. Kinda a neat little gun.

Jump on it man. Then you can be the guy with "The brick gun" when you play. That marker is really cheap though, don't maxflo's alone go for $50?
