The local Nelson distributor happens to be on our team so the paint that we generally have access to is Hemorrhage and NelSplat (brown box) by Nelson, as well as Anarchy. For rec-ball, and especially the wide range of not-so-high-end markers on a rec ball field, this paint is great. It's solid enough that barrel breaks are almost non-existent. The downside to this is, you get a good number of "rocks" that bounce rather than breaking. Although this can produce more welts than normal, most people seem to be happy with it since it works well in not-so-finely-tuned markers.

One other con, and this especially applies to Anarchy. It's almost impossible to wipe! This would generally be a good thing except when you go out to play a month later and you still have white spots on your vest.

I'll have to pick up a box for myself one of these days, I guess.
