Alright for those who dont know(probably all of you) Im actually Gauss. I would be using that account but I dont remember the password nor do I remember the emails.

For this summer, I plan on training and lifting for football this fall. Its my senior year there and I plan on playing in college as it will be the only way Ill be able to afford 8 years of school.

I plan on working mainly on my schools main three lifts as these are what many colleges look for in athletes. The first number is what I am currently at, the second is where I will hopefully be at come fall.

Bench: 310, 350
Squat: 460, 500
Power Clean: 215, 240

I also take Tae Kwon Do classes which help a lot in football, balance, and power placement. I am also attending the schools Speed and Agility program which starts tomorrow at 730. I think its about two hours a session and they have three a day and its on four times a week.

I also plan on attending the Mankato State University ol/dl camp and the Aberdjeen State camp. If any of you know or went through these and made the transition to college ball, any advice or help will be very helpful. Or, if you know any certain workouts that would pertain to and help in football would really help.

I don't have specific numbers, but getting in shape is the goal.
And maybe finding a new job. Because mine is pissing me off.

My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

Bench: 170 - 220. I think that'd be pretty good. I weigh 135 right now, so 170 is pretty good for that.

That is pretty dang good for your weight compared to what you bench.

But it doesn't sound half as awesome as 350. That's epic. :)

350? thats awesome. Although Loth's 170 for his weight is impressive too.

My goal is to run a 11:30 two mile. I am running it in 13 now, but I have recently been recovering from an injury.

I also want to be able to bench my weight, so 170 is my minimum for that by the end of summer. I would rather hit 200, but I have not been lifting frequently or hard enough to do that i think.

I would like to run an 11:30 ONE mile by the end of the summer. Stupid knee surgery still starts bothering me after a half to three quarters of a mile. It's been 3 years dang it!

Doesn't help those three years, I didn't really exercise too much... got soft.

My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

Run a mile? crap, I haven't done that since high school. I used to do about a 6:30-7 minute mile way back, but I am not anything resembling a runner anymore.

Summer goal would be to lose 30 lbs...I'd still be big for a girl 200 down to 170...but I'm also structured so that even teh docs said I should way no less than 160 really...I'd also like to be running a few miles and have some decent upper body strength.

I'm down to 205. I know the 'healthy' weight for my height is like, 180-190, but there is no way that will ever happen short of me just getting addicted to the crack rock.
If I cut down my fat, it'll get replaced with muscle, and if anything I gain weight. I definitely need to get back in a gym this summer.

I haven't seen the south side of 250 since 9th grade. I don't care about weight, I care about fitness levels. I got muscle and I got strength, I just need to drop fat and improve endurance.

me as well...I think that fitness is way more important, but I think 170 would be an ideal goal regardless, I plan on it being mostly muscle..and for a girl 170 would still be pretty big.

I'm built like an old fridge. Large, rectangular, solid, holds a lot of food. :D

I can also push a car for a mile solo. I wish I didn't know that though.
