I think everyone in here's going to give you the same basic answer, it's really "Personal Preference". Just try them and see what YOU like.

It makes the trigger bounce when u have it in the"sweet spot" where as the e-grip u just hold it down

God forbid you get the egrip wet,
You are done.

The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed?

if you are ever going to get your gun wet aka outdoor play get the rt it will not quit and you don't have to worry about batteries

if you are not really prepared for everything than get the rt

if you play inside and always remember to bring batteries then get the E-grip

I would go e-trigger either way. More settings, field legal, just all around better in my opinion. I don't like RT's, and yes I have "played around with" and used both both.
