What exactly do they test?
Tactics? Paintball Knowledge? Terms.
All of the above?
Me thinketh I could ace the test right now, but thats cause I dont know for sure whats on it.

Ok once again I am going to say. Utalize the search feature. Anyway the spec ops test is not ready. Before you can take it you must have 6500 points. I am not to sure but from what I can gather the spec ops test will include all the information that is in the spec ops articles. Tactics, gear, positions ect.. I do know that you can retake the test if you fail the first time. You can take it as many times as it takes to pass (like the drivers test.) I dont know if there is a waiting time inbetween. I am pretty sure I have covered everything. Hope I helped.

I just posted the Officer Test a few hours ago on the Rank Page. It is under the special requirements for becoming an officer.

We give the answers on purpose... the goal is to educate! In order to do that, you must know and understand why you got the answer wrong, right?

Beside, like paintball itself, the Brigade is based on the honor system. Cheat if you will, but know that you only hurt yourself.

Congrats Guys, Great test, You studies the subjects well. By the way group tactics was my downfall. I got 66% on this try. Just one ? are the answers random or the next time I take the test the same one will require answers.

I just finished my first try at the officer test. Got a 68% without knowing what I was getting into. Study all postion, tactics, and have a reasonable knowledge of markers.

Hey guys,
If you search Spec Ops, watch the movies, read the training manual and read and know about paintball guns you can pass the test.....it doesn't hurt to read a lot of posts here in the forum either. I have not been here long but I have been reading a lot of guys posts and learning a lot I did not know. I have been around paintball since the early 90's and believe me it is still possible to learn stuff.
It wouldn't hurt to read product reviews at the spec ops store either.
I hope it is OK to share this information, if not please delete this post and forgive me.

OH YEAH! If you are wondering what I made on the test my first try......... ..........I made a 94%, like I said I read a lot!!!

Later and good luck, AGW W.A.S.P..

I'm slightly dissapointed in the wording of some of the questions, and not everyone plays the game the same way [Classic CTF and 1 Flag CTF can be played multipule ways], but overall I think Special Ops did a great job designing the test!
