For my a5 my freind told me to get some upgrades for it becuase he said my cyclone feed {will} break. He said to get some parts like TECH T
A-5 VORTEX CYCLONE MOD, TECH T LIGHTENING ROD, and a JCS A-5 RED HOT POWER TUBE. Are there any other cyclone feed accessories you would recomend. For me I thought that the cyclone feed would not break becuase it has worked every time I have used it. So I dont know and I would like to know what to get to make sure my a5 works fine.

Second I bought the a5a2 and I was looking at accessories and paintjobs. My freind said it was a waist and that I should paint my own. For me I wanted a good reliable paintjob that was not going to break the bank. So I was looking on the forum and found out that you were trying to make a better paintjob that blends in more that won't break the bank. I hope I will get the accessories soon and that it should be sent into you for a paintjob soon. The accessories that I want are a new barrel, mp5 shroud sd, red dot sight, and a ricochet hopper. Then I am going to get some new camo like your new SPECIAL OPS
FUSION 7 JERSEY OMNIPAT. I was wondering does that blend in as good as the other fusion 7 jersey with black digi. I would like to get a paintjob that completely matches the new omnipat or the old digi. I would like to know what is the better jersey also.

I will be sending my gun in soon.

Wow, all kinds of things happening in that post :)

Upgrades: do you have an E-grip or RT? If not, don't drop the $100 plus to upgrade the cyclone. It's most likely not going to break at normal semi-auto feed rates. It certainly never hurts to have spare parts, but you can get a parts kit for way cheaper than the TechT upgrades. Personally, I'm running an e-grip so I spent the extra cash to get the upgrades, but my marker had fired a bunch of paint before I installed the e-grip & no problems w/ the stock cyvlone parts.

Painting: BB obviously does some amazing work... and you pay for it. But, like Mom always said, "If you're gonna do something, do it right - don't do it halfway." I painted my own marker w/ Krylon Fusion paints, taking my time & doing all the prep work necessary. It looks great & has held up very well this past season - although it won't look this good a year or two from now, whereas BB jobs will hold for as long as you own the marker. If you aren't confident enough in your own abilities, save your cash & let BB do it for you. BTW - he won't do electronic red dots last I heard becasue his process involves baking the parts to cure the paint.

Omnipat: That stuff looks great. I own Multicam & know how effective it is, Omni operates on the same principles. As far as how it compares to SO Digi - it depends on the terrain. The original Digi works better in heavy green woods, but Omni works better everywhere else while still being very effective in the woods.

Have fun upgrading & painting. Hope that was helpful.

Thanks Ger, I couldn't of said it better myself. I would like to add that the Low Budget paint job idea is a completely different design so if you wish to have your gun done in Omnipat, or S.O. digi it would be more expensive. Though, I could use the same colors as those patterns and would look very close. So Let me know what you would want to be priced for. I'll need to know just two things-

What kind of paint job you would like (omni, digi, low budget, etc...)
What gun and external mod you would like painted

From there I can give you a solid quote. Take your time, figure it out, and let me know and I'll work with you on the price of the paint job, thank you Siefka.

Thanks a lot for both of your help. I would like the color ominpat please. But for the low budget deal, are you able to paint the whole gun in omnipat not just the foregrip like in your most recent topic. If not then I will just stick with the original pricey one. The accessories that I would like painting are the A-5 A2 complete kit with stock, ricochet hopper, mp5 shroud sd. Basically the whole gun, then when I recieve it I will just add on the red dot sight. Thank you.

For some weird reason it would not let me reply so I just started a new topic. ;)
