Pick up something made by Echo1. If you're looking towards an AK or G36 though, go with TSD/SRC. Either one of these two companies (Echo1 and TSD) both offer a warranty on their guns. Just stay away from the Echo1 Mp5's. And as common sense, a gun with a small barrel will have little accuracy and little range.

Hey guys, i'm trying to buy my first gun and break into the airsoft world. I've been reading heavily these last few months, and I have decided to buy a Tokyo Marui G36C with a 9.6v 3300mah battery upgrade and i'd also like to put an m203 style grenade launcher on it. I was wondering if anyone had any personal experiance with the TM G36c or with M203 launchers and could offer any help. It would be greatly appreciated.

The G36c is a great weapon, especially the Marui. However, a 9.6v is a bit overkill on a stock Marui. I suggest using an 8.4v. A 9.6v only increases your rate of fire, and decreases your gun's lifespan.

Sadly, a standard M203 will NOT fit onto a G36. You need to have one of the following if you'd like to use a grenade launcher on a G36c.

If you REALLY want the M203, you'll need one that uses a rail to mount. However, your gun will look... off; to say the least.

That's the one to pick up if you really want an M203, but I strongly suggest the first one. Better quality, and cooler looking. Something to think about the M203, is that it is designed primarily for the AR family. The M203 generally has a trigger guard that locks onto the magwell, and is designed to compliment the rifle while maintaining a decent profile and design. Launchers for each gun out there are all designed this way, such as seen in the AG36 launcher. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?...roducts_id=1662

Haha, wow! Very nice Ion King!

It's been a while for this thread, but it's okay. Here's what I currently own (can't post pics though, orange tip rule).

Picked one of these up, barely used. Lost the mag though. =(

http://www.trinityairsoft.com/p-90-tokyo-m...irsoft-gun.aspx
Bought this for only $40, with 2 mags! Best deal ever.

Got this for free off a friend. Has a G&P Metal body and G&P front assembly.

Next weekend, I'll be trading in my spare (IE: Broken) TSD G36E2 and the Mp5Sd6 for an Echo1 M249.

PM me if you want actual pics.

Your's Truly, on your right with the Mp5.

I sooooooo hate you veritech, I still have a lot of cash to go before I get the A&K M249 MKII. I really like the carrying case.

Airsplat has the A&K for $250. It's probably an earlier, crappier version.

The pump on the M1014 goes back , until the pump covers half of the shell door. This brings it back further than any other shotgun.

The M1014 hits around 390 fps, and is hitting way over 230 feet. Sadly, this takes out any of the standard CQC use a shotgun would normally be used for. It literally is a pump-action sniper rifle as it uses some parts as Maruzen sniper rifles.

Huh thats pretty awesome for a shotgun, do you know any facts about the M249 besides like FPS. I heard that you can't fit a normal large battery in the stock, like its too narrow in the part where it kinda goes into a tube design into the gun.

It uses a standard mini type battery, sadly. The bipod has locking problems, but isn't too bad on the new models. What else do you want to know about it? It's quite heavy, weighing in around 14 lbs.

Well I might have to carry like 2 batterys, I also need a good sling to carry it. This will be a first(once I get it) a commander with a M249. I was also thinking about the para(for the stock and the rail on the feed cover) might go with the para.

There won't be much performance loss with the Para. It does have a smaller barrel however, so there will be some accuracy loss.

I use 8.4v 1200/1100ma mini's on my M14, my Mp5, and the G36. I've never ran out of juice even during an entire OP. So if you have one or two 8.4 or 9.6v mini's of decent ma then you should be set for an entire day.
