well today i got a lil bored and decided i would do something ive been wanting to do for a while.....ive been driving around and seeing those terrible spare wheel covers on 4WD's that say " dont follow me im going fishing" or " id rather be camping" crap slogans n poo

some of you may know i have the punisher logo painted on the stock of my A5, well i always liked the image so i thought i would put it on my spare wheel cover.

Punisher is cool but I think the new Joker phrase would be better for a 4x4 wheel cover. Especially when you're stuck in traffic.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the Joker and still do, but anything Joker related is a little overdone right now. Just wait til Halloween gets closer. Won't be anything but Jokers and Iron Mans out.

I think it adds the right bit of "don't screw with me" attitude to an LR Defender (which model? 90?)

Job well done... all you need now is the remote-control turret and you're ready for scenario games and bad drivers!

Nice- we used to get 90's in the States, but after airbag laws killed the line here, you can only get used 90's for beaucoup bucks as "collectibles." Now it's all RRs, LR3s, LR2s... I miss the "real" LR's, though I do use them in different nations from time to time for work now. Enjoy yours and the dual 130 is more interesting- I'd go with that.

yeah unforunately they have gone the way of the soft roader or the urban four wheel drive, i think the 2007/8 model defender has air bags, after that they arent making them as they have for like 50 years turning them into a soft roader too, which is a shame cos the concept drawings ive seen for the new defender under development is that its like the volvo 4wd wagon.

the us military use defenders, seen a video of rangers using them cos they are the only long range vehicle that fits into a chinook helicopter....dont quote me but think you can get two in there...

Indeed we do. 110's were/are used as RSOV's (Ranger SpecOP Vehicle) by a Ranger regiment here, and I have seen two in a Chinook several times... actually, if you really try, you can fit 3 in one if they are stacked properly, and hang one off the hook on the bottom.

Sorry to see the Defenders are fgoing the way of UGH- Volvos. Always loved the "real 4x4" off-roaders like old Land Cruisers, Defenders, Hummers (H1) and such.

bring back the days of the camel trophy!! like old school camel trophy non of this using honda CRV's as the main vehicle and just using defenders to pull them out
