So I'm thinking about buying an Epiphany, and I went to SP's website to see what sort of info they'd tell me to pimp the marker....but it wasn't on site. So....

1. Does this mean that SP is no longer manufacturing the Epiphany?
2. If the answer to the first question is yes, then would it be a bad idea to buy one?
3. Can the slime found on top of a loaf of spam be used as a lubricant, should I ever need to make a slippery spot on the kitchen floor in order to catch invading ferrets?

oh! Here's yer HO-HO's:

You know what they say, Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. Now who "they" are is another thing...

Sorry, in a humorous mood.

with the release of the XE and EOS, they are pretty much done with making them i would think.

they aren't a bad marker at all, basically an ion. with the exception of the firing chamber inserts and they run at a higher pressure than normal ions.

if your gonna get one, plan on keeping it, because you won't ever get back what you payed for it.

save your money and buy an EOS or an NXT.....you'll be much happier.

The Epiphany is done. Never really sold well and the new BOB ions are better bodies.

the EOS is an epiphany with a BOB body, updated reg and a few other small updates, on top of that MUCH sexier

you can buy epiphanys for DIRT cheep right now and it is cause they are not made anymore but it is because they have a new model, like someone else said if you buy one expect to keep it

with all that said the epiphany is an awesome gun and worth its original price of near 400 so its a steal for what they are selling for now

See that's the thing, I figured that somewhere down the road I might get an Ion because all I have now is a Tippmann, and it might be nice to have something a little better. But then I found that I can get an Epiphany for $180 and from what I've seen and read it was a no brainer over the Ion and it's only like $20 more expensive. I don't really need a high performance gun, I just play occasionally for fun and I figured if I got an Epiphany that would be as high end as I would want. But what about like spare parts? If something breaks am I not going to be able to replace it??

Thanks fer all the replies so far guys!!

you should have no problem getting parts for the Epiph as it shares O-rings with the EOS (d=i a pretty sure it would) and even then I have no doubt taht SP could service it for you anyway
