I love it!!! The stock is a work of art! The only thing that i would question is the gigantic block in front of the trigger.

As for the name, it was picked by Condition_Red, it means "Demon" or the like in Japanese, the writing on the fore grip says the same in Japanese.

...I just couldn't help myself... :D ...I had to look...

Bakemono is an all inclusive word meaning ghost, goblin, monster, spirit, or demon in Japanese. I chose it based on the monster or demon definition.

Ironically, the earlier statement made about seeing the word in Battletech was not far off of the inspiration for the name. There is a tank in the Mechwarrior miniatures game that was a unique prize from the first tournament. In the dossier file, it states that the driver of the tank had named it 'Bakemono'. As this was my favorite piece from this game when I was playing it, I have dubbed this work of art as such.

It's spectacular, AirH0g. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks!

...oh, and I may be sending you a barrel to paint to match the rest of the set up.

Aye, only other place I'd seen it was the O-Bakemono. But doesn't Akuma mean "demon", more specifically?

I'm sure it does. Or even Oni for that matter. It's cool though, the name had significance.

The front block was actually a bit of a few things, for one it was suppose to act as a front grip if needed, it was also to support weaver accessories ( I was able to get it to 5" Matt) and also have a bit of a look like a futuristic mag. I was a bit worried about the sise as well but when it all came together it worked out great, feels perfect to hold this setup

i believe a dremel tool...maybe

I doubt it... it is too even to do with a dremel, unless he has uber skills with a dremel... Possibly a CNC, (i think that is the letters)... But in a weird way it looks awesome...

The stock is beautiful. I love it. It looks a bit small though, is it retractable?

I'll take that as a compliment  It is done with a dremel, free hand at that.

Destroy boy,

The stock is on the short side, he wanted it that way though. some may not like it, i think its perfect for the setup its on. I have a bit larger version coming on another project.
