Nice job. I wish I had the time, money, and tools to do cool mods.

How exactly do you make a pump Bolt Action?

There are many different ways to do this, but it is fairly easy to do it on guns like the Maverick.

Cool, I see your basing the stock design of the m40a3. I dig it.
Also with a maverick/traccer all you have to do to make it bolt action is take off the pump handle.

Looks like you're doing well with the plug for the stock. I assume that once you have a mold ready, you'll be making the stock in two halves out of fiberglass? Are you planning to fill the finished stock(s) with expanding foam or are you going to leave the interior volume of the stock hollow/open?

There are 101 types of people: those who understand binary, those who don't, and those who just can't count.

I am i bit iffy about this area. I plan to cover the stock with latex then cut it evenly in half then reinforce it with plaster. Then two halves out of fiberglass and i don't think i should fill it with foam, unless there are any benefits to this, since i am going to have internals such as a magazine inside the stock.

I had it all planned out, It was going to be a trigger on the stock and on top a lever attaching the trigger on the body. Sadly I currently do not have time to finish this project and it has been abandoned.
