Great job, Gramps!!

Ahhhhhhh . . . Personality - we all have one (or two or three or . . . ).

Our team as a whole and each member has a definite personality on and off of the field. When I watch them I see three different profiles: Off the field, game and full-combat. The first may not be for strategical or tactical considerations, but it does affect the team dynamic of working with each other.

Thanks for some great info!!!

Good post but I think you should also be aware anyone can be taught to do anything despite personality. Patience can be taught aggresion can be taught. I blieve all teams members should be sabers and then have a preference. what if you dgger and and ambush are dead but for a tactic to work you need both anyone on your team should be able to fill any position including command

It was very helpful to me, as I am a commander (and I have all those personalities on my side). Thanks, Gramps.
