Sp-1 help/Problem!!! it feels like air is coming out of the grip area when firing Rate Topic: -----

so i went to shoot my sp1 in my back yard today and every time i fire it feels like air is coming out of the grip area when firing, the area between the grip and the frame. is this normal or is this a problem, other wise it works fine. also, where do you get sl33k marker lubricant. please respond, i dont want to be hurting my gun so please reply.

The front grip has a vent. If you are using CO2 it will vent constantly.

It was designed to do that.

Something like that happended to my vibe. It wouldn't shoot right like the bolt would move but the air wouldn't really come out, and it would leak out of the grip like you said yours was doing. I sent it in to a shop, and they couldn't fix it for months. I tried everything. It was fine after I put a new board in it. Good luck. I hope you don't have to go through everything I did.

it still shoots fine so far but i have only put 300-400 balls through it so far. im scared what do i do?

So, why are you still scared if Lo jsut told you what it was? IF it really breaks warranty will cover it.
