could be screwed into the asa an locked into place using the beavertail mount.

if the asa seems too weak or for whatever reasons the stock could replace it.

Not weak at all, it's very common to see bottomline stocks, you also have to realize the forces that the ASA goes through holding a tank, trust me, it's very strong.

The problem? Frames and guns can be very different, so you would need a custom made one. If you could, it would work fine.

If you really want a bottomline stock, look for a phantom stock, they use the ASA holes.

Wood doesn't hold threading very well as I said in the other thread...made by some other guy?

You're better off either using the ASA mounting holes (Taking off the ASA), or not using a wooden stock at all.
