Solder it back on to the board, it's a simple fix.

OK, I'm assuming you don't know what a soldering iron is? Pretty much it uses solder to in simpler terms "weld" the wire back to the board. If you look at the board and see where the wires attach you will see some silver metal, that is solder. (Pronounced Sauder) You can get a soldering iron from radio shack for about 12 dollars and get the finest solder you can. You let the soldering iron heat up, take the solder and get some on the tip of the soldering iron, and touch it to the wire and board, thus permanently attaching the wire to the board like it was from the factory. Let me know if I need to be more clear, I tried my best...

Got $15.00? Then you can get a good iron and a ton of solder at Radio Shack.

There is NOTHING wrong with your board, and your new board has just as much of a chance of having the same thing happen. Soldering isn't hard at all, but it is your money so I'm gonna shut up. I just bought the APE Rampage and I like it a lot!

I like the APE board myself but if you do want to just get a new board you can usually get a stock board on eBay pretty cheap...maybe even sell the old one to cover some of the cost. You probably need to replace both wires with the battery attachment if you cut one of the wires. I think its reasonable not to want to mess with it. You could also send it in to SP for repair.

It's pretty hard to mess up soldering. Trust me, you'll be careful as hell. It's so simple and fast. Lay the board down, get some of the metal from the wire onto the tip of the soldering iron and put it right where the stock "weld" is.

Mail it to me, I will repair it and send it back. Pm if your interested and I will send you the address. I will even make it a little more difficult to rip it off again. Unless of course you are decided on wasting money.
