I know this has been a much debated topic in the past, but i can't find a thread that pertains to all the newer masks on the market. Obviously i wear glasses and i was wondering if anyone knew of a good goggles that are comfortable and don't fog too much. I was leaning towards the avatar, what do yall think?

Masks and goggles. It's a mishmash of opinions. What works will depend on the size and shape of your head, style of your glasses and your budget.

Your best bet is to go to your local shop and try different masks on.

Right now I'm using a Proto Switch FS. It fits nicely for me and my glasses and was in my budget.

I tried the Avatars on and found they pressed my frames a bit at the temple. If I had slightly smaller frames it might be ok for me but I've got a fat head so I'm limited in frame choices that are also in my budget. If I could afford any frame I want it would be the SG-1 combat goggles: http://store.selfdefensearmory.com/shared/...et=products.asp but due to border charges they go outside budget constrains... for now.

I'm sure Profilers might fit the area by your temple and eyes nicely? With the wide bubble lense and a high quality foam that could result in comfort. They fit me fine, but I don't wear my glasses in them because the doctor said I didn't have to wear glasses :). So I use them when I want the TV to look high-def.

Yes, vents avitars do work quite well with glasses and I also highly recomend as a mask in general.
Profiliers also work well.

I'd go with Profilers. I haven't checked it out personally, but I can do it right now and edit in the answer.

--Edit--
Alright, wasn't too comfortable, but I doubt any mask while wearing glasses would be. It would be nice if a company made a mask made for wearing glasses beneath them. Go to a nearby paintball store, ask to see their masks, and try them on with your glasses. That would be your best bet for comfort right there.

I use a Profiler and it's worked pretty well so far. My glasses are pretty big, too - the frames measure 5 1/2 inches across - but I haven't had any comfort issues yet.
