I just recently got me a pair of these "Grafters Ranger" boots from the local surplus store, and I have to say, I'm quite impressed.

I've broken in many a pair of boots in my time, but these ones have to be the first pair which didn't require a thick pair of socks or some painkillers. From the word go, they were ultra-comfortable and not a blister in sight! Within three days they were perfectly molded to the shape of my foot, and whether I was happily walking around the office or running around some random woodland, they never gave an ounce of pain.

Compared to some toecapped boots I've worn, the Rangers are lightweight. You barely notice them on your feet! They seem resistant to punishment, water, and anything else I felt the need to throw at them (Coffee?). They're also quick and easy to clean, with no fiddly awkward bits on the underside to get clumps of mud stuck in. I'd reccommend these boots to anybody.

They do have one drawback: I dont think they were really designed for walking on concrete/urban terrain, as the treads seem to be wearing down rather fast already. But other than that, they rock!

Personally i like a good pair of jump boots. I play lots of woods ball and they are good for water protection and support

Fixed that link for you. These don't seem to be sold outside the UK, could anyone correct me on that?
