My Store account is missing

without some more general information I can't really help much. One thing I will mention is to try setting up a new account online with your old information and everything should convert over.
Let me know if it doesn't work out.

About a week or so ago I updated my e-mail address on both. The changes took effect with no error.
In the STORE though. I have grief. When I attemp to log in using my old email and password, I receive an error that username / password is incorrect. When I try to login using my NEW email and password, I get the same error.
Noticing the store seems to have been updated recently with new software, I attempted to create an account. Strangely, it won't let me because it recognizes me as already having an account, thanks to the brigade profile that I have had for quite some time.
Oh, and what happened to the little navigation buttons at the top of the screen to get from one area to another. (ie: the store, forum, etc). With the recent software update they ceased to exist.
