My turn.
I tore my labrum in my left shoulder two years ago while bench pressing. Took me a year and a half to finally go to a doctor about it, just kept getting worse and worse. Doc said surgery was required, so I waited till the end of the year when work was slow (I'm a construction foreman). I had the surgery, doc tells me after words that it wasn't a complete tear, MRI was misleading, and that all he did was shave the labrum a bit, and clean out shattered cartilage.

So I took therapy for two months, they pushed too hard, had a set back, couldn't move my shoulder, they slowed down, got my range of motion back. They released me after 2 months. Only problem is I have the same exact pain as before surgery only the kicker is it's TWICE AS BAD.....so I go to the doctor, and he tells me "oh interesting, maybe it's just a pinched nerve!" -_-

So he tells me to come back in 5 weeks, and if it's not better they will do tests. That's next week, I cant sleep at night, I can't work, the pain makes me irritable, grumpy, moody....like a woman on her period....only every day all day...I've tried painkillers but they all make me nauseous, ibuprofen helps some, but I don't like taking that all the time.

Long story short, surgery made my problem worse, still can't work, making a ton and moving up, instead I may have to settle for fast food or retail, until I can afford college.

There is a reason it's called a medical practice...

You would have a problem carrying around the 240B... Gets pretty heavy even the saw does... An you don't pick "0331" as a MOS... You have to qualify on every weapon system and try tell you hey your a 0311 your a 0331 ECT..

And don't know where you got this ruck run stuff from but you never do that in boot camp or MCT/SOI... Sure Youll run with a 75-80 pound pack on a 20k hump but its pretty easy to be honest
the game of paintball started in the woods. Its easy to remember thats were your game ended.(xx)

my best friend for the last 13 years passed away a couple of days ago. the vet said he should be ok with some meds, but he went into a seizure the other night and didn't come through it.

it's hard to believe how attached you can get to a little pup, but it happens.

Sorry about that Klaa, I've never loved a dog, but I can imagine how I would feel if I did.

The new name is giving me a really hard time Klaatu...am sorry about the dog though, I lost my black lab a while back and it's rough, they give unquestioning love sometimes I think it's easier to fall in love with them then it is to fall in love with a human ;/

thx mack

i was getting tired of the old name, and it was getting used a lot more in popular culture than what i liked ( with the remake of the old "the day the earth stood still" movie, and star wars and all ... and since we all survived the end of the world, it was time to start fresh with a few things ... i didn't think you liked the old name anyway

the new name is more "me" ... haha ... and i have several other accounts on other sites where that is my username. so it becomes less for me to have to remember ... i was going to make my new username "Irish Mack's Lover" , or " Irish Mack Did Me In The Backseat", but the admins wouldn't let me .. hahahaha

Haha...yea, well...I don't even know what you look like, so I kind of doubt I would have "done you in the back seat" , not sure why they wouldn't let you use "irishmacks lover" I wouldn't have flipped...at least not flipped too big of "FILTERED".

I bet you are short, fat, bald, and covered in acne ;)

And until I'm proved other wise that's what I'll believe

I generally imagine him as kind of scrawny, with golden blonde hair and shiny green eyes...oh, and a really tight butt.

Oh gosh you would

Yeah in reality I think he's a blondish guy, mid 40's athletic build but a little chubby from a few too many alcoholic beverages.
