I'll see you guys at the next 2 TAW events... and perhaps a day at PBJ or Bear Creek 3rd/4th weekends of March?

So you going to Red Dawn? Should be a good one...

Oh definitely; I'll actually be at all norcal TAW games barring injury, that's a no brainer! I should have a much better video recorder too at 720X480 for Red Dawn if all works out w/ shipping & stocking of it. I'll make you famous on YouTube as I'm on the Russian side.. ;P And of course don't forget my 30th b-day firing squad.. I have decided 6 shooters / 5 balls each (no cheating w/ extra balls!). Gotta get that on video FPS and other angles.

I'm thinking of using my current 320X240 camera and mounting it on the side of my marker, so I can do a marker perspective inlay to the helmet cam video. That'll take some time to edit/prepare the footage though. I'm also getting a little more savvy where I can properly crop 4:3 video and make it 16:9 with correct perspective. The next one should be that way.

Damn, it supposed to rain this weekend and I was gonna go play at PBJ. :(

O well, I guess I'll have to bring some newbies to some indoor airball at Vallejo Indoor at the Solano County Fair Grounds. I'll probably be rocking my TrillyPump or my Maverick.

Anyone up for some airball? Hopefully no one bails out on me...

Once in awhile...
I used to play there almost every weekend back in the late 80's/early 90's when I lived in Livermore, but its a bit out of my way these days. I still try to get up there at least once a year though.

hey they've cleaned it up. I actually like that field had some of my best games there. I think its a great field cuz it forces you to think and move under fire. +plus everyone just bunkers up, so if you know what to do you can destroy the other team. Bunkers and covers kinda shanty but hey. ITS CHEAP!

Well thats good news that theyve cleaned up and if you think that Field forces you to think while under fire, then you havent played at the field inside the Travis Air Force Base up in Fairfield which is strictly an Urban Field with Real Houses, a Paved Road and Sidewalks...myself and 100's of individual players and Teams from all over California and from neighboring States are going up there on March 8th (Day and Night Games) and 9th (Day Game) for a Scenario Game thats based off the movie Red Dawn.

I have played there but at venture there is little foliage and the trees arnt dense so the line of sight is long which means too much paint is waisted. I wanted to to to the game on the 8th but I cant, got stuff with the marines. tryin to see if they will let me in for the night game and sunday.
