Okay I recently bought a t9 w/ a first strike kit and a longbow kit. What I would like to see is a dual mag well for the longbow mags with sort of a selector on the side to choose which mag you want to load. It could be made easily, but in order to solve the weight problem it would have to be redesigned slightly to use the 4th screw hole instead of the origanal 3 that are used

Wouldnt it be easier to just have a stopping plug on the longbow mag? Like the ones on the paintball pistols.

That way you use the First strike paint first then the regular paint as back up.

Doesn't the T9 already work on either a stopper or a priority basis already if both magazine & Longbow or hopper?

This is a selling feature listed on the store page and in the release when the Longbow was released for the T9.

T9 Longbow

Quote

Just one 12 gram CO2 contains enough air to shoot the entire mag, PLUS the 8 rounds in the stock mag. Just rotate the barrel to the stock magazine position for a total of 28 rounds!
Lightweight and dependable feeding – Perfect for any sniper.
Mag and CO2 are changed at the same time, rather than the 3:1 ratio of the stock T9.

Tiberius manual

The SpecOps notes say to rotate the barrel, if this activates both then you will fire one set then the other, if it is rotateable on the fly the you can select either. The only thing being you would have to select your next option before firing the chambered round or the spring will feed the next of whichever is selected. If you can set the barrel in a position to feed nothing then you would not feed any round after firing - but would be delayed in shot selection.

You rotate the barrel to select between the magazine feeding and the hopper feeding (in this case the Longbow mag).

I think the OP wants a system with two Longbow mags. Why not just put a 50 round hopper on it at that point? It's going to be lighter. And less complex. Creating an adapter that allows you to select between two Longbow mags is a lot easier said than done.

okay i appriciate the replies, but what i was talking about was having a so mag port for a longbow t9 that would hold 2 mags at the same time and plus the mag, the selector would be a wedge shape that you would turn to load either mag 1 or mag 2
and i already know about the barrel turn for mag or longbow mag (not that impressive)
and since the setup would have more weight from a 2nd longbow mag so would have to make a new mag port so that it would us all 4 screw holes not just the standard 3

hey codeafro, thnx for the idea, the only problem i can think of off the bat would be getting the MAD bit to connect to the front of the s.o. longbow mount and having enough room to rotate it to load the other mag.
