Looks creepy, looks dumb. Another "horror" movie where the whole time i am likely to be like, "Why are they doing that, just stab him in the face..." And things like that. I can't watch cheesey flicks like that anymore. The whole time i just think the main characters are stupid and need to man up and stop being "female doggies".

Yep, nailed it. It was better than Crystal Skull though. Way better than Hostel, which I also watched today. There were times where the guy in the middle would just walk into focus, and people would scream, I didn't even notice him a couple of times.

The Happening is going to win out over this in my book, just because the people arent dressed like they just climbed out of a burlap bag factory.

Hey Burlap Bag worked for Jason Vorhees for the begining parts to Friday the 13th Part 2. He did damn good like that, til he found the hockey mask. :P

Course that brings up another movie i had trouble watching ever again after it finished, Friday the 13th part 1. The whole film i think it's some scary guy, then you find out it's a decrepid older woman. Who the "boink" is running from her??? Why did every guy in the film run for dear life from her??? Are you a bunch of "sissy boys"? Kick her buttocks, attack her. One tackle on her and you know she is gonna break a leg or throw out a hip. Sheesh. Running from an old woman, pfffffftttt....only would have been horror if she was like, "hey i am high on exctasy, want to make out or see nekid pics of me???" Then you can run for dear life.

It did work for him, but then again, he looked powerful and scary for the most part. The middle guy looks a bit on the pudgy businessman "Im a weirdo and this bag gets me hot" kinda guy. I mean look at his shoulders. Dropped and loose. What kind of panzy shows laziness in front of the victims? Honestly.

Edit : And Friday 13th p1 was good. I have the same problem, but I do that with alot of movies. If it ends up having a dramatic twist that way, it just kills the rewatch value for me.

Exactly. You have to be strong and scary. He should stand up tall, so he looks more menancing. And make the eyes on the burlap sack have like crazy eyebrows drawn on them, to make him look mad. And what's up with the 70's church suit. Can we update the clothing catalog. You can't be a new millenium killer looking like that. He needs some Emo type clothing or something. With tons of straps and thumbholes.

This movie looked like garbage. I think they're trying to go for the modest-horror thing. Ya know just a mask over normal looking people than like a whole straitjacket getup.

This move was basically a screamer (those internet ones) with an attempt at a plot, The 2 protagonists couldn't have passed a blood test
Spoiler
The bad guys are made to be normal people, yet somehow are able to get out of sight when there is a football field-like clearing in the split second the protagonists look away.
Also, the killers seem to be the new kids on the block, they brought no weapons of their own, and just stole things they could use from the house (magically without using the doors?). They were pounding things and touching things so much that any cop worth his pay would be on the prints like white on rice in a snowstorm in December

When I saw the commerical, I thought that the mask was skin, like what leatherface did in the Texas Chainsaw Massecre movies.

Yeah, it is a reference to Bioshock. I saw in the trailer that the one guy had a shotgun. That should be game over right there. Shotgun>axe>knife.

That movie sucked, I saw it last night. I jumped maybe twice, and some girls in the back were screaming their butts off... but I didn't think it was that scary. It was really predictable, but there are two-three frightening parts.
