Ladies and Gentlemen......here we go again....heres a paintball event that just a wee bit different. Ingenia Polymers Corporation alongside H&H Paintball located at 1365 Colborne Street East in Brantford ( (519)752-7950) with the assistance of both the GRRG and The Glen Morris Mercenaries Paintball teams are pleased to introduce the friendliest of paintball tournaments.

We are asking all of you in the paintball community to go to work and ask around, try to form a group of seven friends or co workers (as opposed to organised teams as this event is wide open to corporation and business teams as well)....or even ask your families....and then come out to enjoy a great day of paintball.....and at the very same time raise funds for yet another great charity "The United Way".

This event is multi faceted
#1 We are raising funds for a great charity
#2 We are introducing new people to paintball and intend to use the day to hopefully clear up the publics misconceptions about our sport
#3 With local city officials and politicians likely to be in attendance....we are further legitimizing paintball as a sport

So please join us Sunday October 5th, 2008, with registration beginning at 8am and matches to begin at 10am sharp...all standard paintball safety rules apply.
Game format and point awards are simple....this is a Round Robin tournament with 5 points awarded for each eliminated player and 5 points for every team member left standing at the end of each 7 minute round.

So please mark this date on your calendars as a paintball event not to miss out on. :PDT_Armataz_02_44:

The Ingenia "United Way" Charity Fundraising tournament was a huge success today, the winners of todays tournament were as follows 3rd Place - Harry's Hero's (Sifton Properties) , 2nd Place - Cambridge Pro Fab and 1st Place Finishers - National Steelcar Ltd....Props to the following - Ingenia Polymers for not only creating the event AND matching each and every $$ raised towards a great cause, H&H Paintball who provided the venue, all the necessary paintball supplies and without whose help none of this would have been possible...to all the volunteers, the cooks and Charity assistants, scorekeepers and to both the GRRG Paintball team and The Glen Morris Mercenaries for officiating the event........HUGE thanks to Kee Action Sports for their charity donation as well as all the companies and associates who also donated some awesome raffle goods which furthered the cause...............albeit the final tally is not yet in....it is expected the proceeds of todays event together with Ingenia's match should be approx $10000.....

Awesome!!
