Health and fitness needs at least three sub categories, Streching/pregame warm ups, Nutrition, Hydration.

Stretching/pregame warm ups: Anyone in virtualy any physical condition can play paintball. However, even world class athletes can fall victem to pulled muscles, cramps ect. Especially in the legs. Anything other than WELL manicured tourney fields, are far from ideal running conditions. Uneven footing, loose flora(pine needles) loose earth, grass slippery from paint, ect. It is esencial that you stretch (mostly legs) before a game.(I assume you should know plenty of leg stretches) Also particular to those who are heavy on the trigger is wrist cramps. Cross one hand over the other and inter lace your fingers. roll your wrists down, up across your chest and out.stretch then cross the other hand over and repeat.

Nutrition: Donuts and candy bars a good pregame meal do not make.

Hydration: Perhaps the single most important consideration under health and fitness. Water is Life. To be blunt and to quote at least three scenario promoters "If you don't need to (urinate) all the time you are NOT drinking enough." Water bottles fit in podpacks. Most gear vest come equiped with hydration pouches. Not the bladders but the spot to keep them. If you are drinking sports drinks you need to match them 2 for one with water. Go to arackis and get a still suit. Just make sure you drink water.
Paintball is a game. Win or lose you still need to wash your camo. Winners just use less soap.

Get some youtube vids in like some disassembly ones and DIY gun customisation like Borg tech, every paintballer should see the borg tech vids, they dont have a website so I guess this would help.

If you need some help with tactics I may be able to help with attack and defend variants.

Sure man, whatever you can do helps. Just try to make it a little specific.
Thanks

For the positions try not to just copy and paste the stuff from here. Spice it up a bit.

I wouldn't copy and paste directly from the specops positions guidelines. And if you do, i would at least ask them first.

I made some updates to the New Players section finally. I'm going to start trying to add more things now. I've just been real lazy lately.
Remember you guys can submit things to help out too. I'm just one paintballer and I'm not some veteran.
