Ok so I live in the cincinnati area and anything extreme is the closest website to order paintball gear from. Since its also part of a local field my friends and I try to order from them as often as possible. Yet have always been met with resistance, they have never had any of the items we ordered in stock and take almost a month to order anything. Over break I decided I was going to buy a nicer air tank (evil 5000) and they charged me money for it and never responded to any of my comments or inquires. So I filled a dispute with my credit card company and they stated I never tried to email them despite the fact that I used the link on their website and emailed them numerous occasions. I found myself needed a pack of O-rings for feb 18th and I decided I would give them one last try just to see if I'd had bad luck with them... they put 10 tank o-rings on back order.

So in summary if you haven't already had run ins with this large website please be careful!!

Thanks, good to know...someone should consider a Sticky on retailers, or perhaps a separate forum "Customer Dis/Service"...

Thats extremely weird. I've ordered numerous times from AnythingXtreme and always recieved my orders with in 4 days.. Seriously it takes 1-2 process and 2 days to deliver and voila at my door in Michigan.

Also (I haven't checked yet) but most websites have an option saying thats its okay to back-order the item and bill you and then ship it once it comes in. Also when dealing with business its generally a good idea to call them and state your problem, that way it can dealt with immediately and you can have your answer within the hour. Also, when did you place the orders and how long has it been since each order?

Also, try this it may be closer and ships very fast as well. HotShotPaintball.com I've ordered from them and had zero problems before. It could just be the nature of which you are ordering the items...Sometimes AnythingXtreme doesn't carry the items in stock directly but the items will then ship from the manufactorers....Such as an Angel, it will actually ship from the United Kingdom... (Friend ordered an Angel, took a month, due that reason)

But my suggestion depending on how recently your orders are, call them, and see whats going on..and if they promise or gurantee something, ask for it in writing, either A) Sent your e-mail, or B) sent your house. That way you have a physical form of what was said and how it is being handled.

Hope this helps.. but its odd to have problems with them.. I recently ordered and had no complications....

I had a mixed result with them. I ordered a Stiffi front for my Freak back and knew it was out of stock going in which was cool. But when I tried to get an update from them two weeks later I got nothing. It took a month to get my product which was fine but what I didn't like was they didn't respond until my third email of asking if they knew when it would be in to ship. Even a response saying "The order went in but they haven't sent us new stock yet." would have been acceptable. I do plan on ordering from them again but I'm going to keep it to in stock items only.

hmmm thats wierd, and unlucky. I order a 68 4500 pure energy tank from them, a $40 speedball jersey, two gun cases, and a tippmann parts kit. No problems,,, except they had the jersey on backorder, which i was never informed about, until i ordered it. But the jersey came 2 days after everything else.

I shop locally at their store and have had no problems. Everything is not always in stock, but for most things they have weekly shipments coming in.

I've never had a problem with AnythingXtreme. It always comes, eventually.

Old topic, but thought I'd add.

I've placed 4 orders with the website. The first one, they sent me someone elses order. They then sent me the correct order and told me someone would be in contact with me to work out sending the other box back. Well, they never called back so I ended up with a free case of paint, a couple of jerseys, neckguards, and goggle skins :D

The other order, with the exception of number 4, were fine and I received the items within a week. The last order however, half of the items were placed on backorder AFTER they charged me. Took a couple weeks to get that straightened out.

So, yeah, the site is iffy. I'd still recommend them though, as they do have some good deals.

I've placed 5 or 6 orders with Xtreme. They have always been speedy-quick about shipment but they do lack a little bit in the customer services.

Ditto. I got an Apex for $80 there.
