true but i was thinking instead of having to mill his gun and everything he could just say f it and throw a stab in its place, have an actual useful mod instead of going through all the trouble of removing the essencialy useless front grip unless he truly hates it that much and feels he has to remove it

Tapping is done by a Tool in creating Matching Threads for a Screw or Bolt to be screwed into.
Tap & Dye Sets are available, the prices vary depending on the Set and theyre also available at most Auto Supply Stores and Hardware Stores such as Home Depot and Sears.

Hmmm, I was thinking about removing the foregrip on my 98, drilling and tapping a new hole for the front screw, and the attaching a pic-rail to the bottom of my 98.

In 1970 the Chevy Nova was created. This was the worst selling car in Mexico because the words "No va" mean "Doesn't go". If you would never buy a Saturn Ion because the word "Ion" means "Doesn't shoot", Put this in your profile.

You sir, are braver than I will ever be. But I always wanted to try. If I only have a dremel spinny thing, I could cut it off right? How could I add something (like a tac rail) to the bottom?

Nice job. What did you use for a foregrip there?
