This week, Tyger attempts to debunk the myth that pumps are somehow more accurate than semi auto paintball markers. Hilarity ensues.

I honestly don't know, I didn't pace it out or measure it. Should have been an easy shot, I just kept hitting low.

I agree, an inflatable is probably a bad platform for plastic bottle targets...

I live about 35-45 minutes away from Milwaukee depending on traffic, I just got my license so I doubt my parents will let me drive there by myself anytime soon, but I will have to check that field out for the winter, the indoor courses at the The Siege Paintball are terrible, both are poorly lit and confined, this field looks really nice for an indoor field. Admission seems a bit steep though, I guess its fine if you shoot loads of paint because the fee includes all day air, but for a pump player like me...I'd be lucky to expend 500 rounds in a day of play, much less need to fill my air tank.

Now as for Semi vs Pump accuracy, really if you took the same marker but one was a pump and one was a semi (like an Autococker or Azodian Kaos marker) and both had the same barrel, internals, hopper, paint, and air to eliminate any variables, they would more than likely be the same. Really getting a good accuracy comparison is difficult because there are so many variables that go into a paintball shot, even a bit of excess lubricant in the breach could mess up a shot.
