I like good PB pants. They have a padded crotch area.

I've never had a problem since I started wearing a pair of gym shorts under my pants. Seems to do the trick nicely, and it's free. I've been meaning to buy slide shorts, though, seems like those would help a lot.

you are insane my friend. I have taken a ton of shots to the nuts already paintballing, and i rarely get out to play. If i didn't have a cup, my boys would have been crying many times over.
I do agree on the compression shorts though. No one makes slider shorts that fit big bones people like me. The Dye XXL shorts, which i fit XXL pants in everything, wouldn't even pull over my knees. I don't know who dye uses as their XXL Model, but he is obviously a size L. The compression shorts from Under Armour not only keep me dry and un sticky, they also can hold a cup, which rocks. And they fit fine, for much less than Dye slider shorts cost.

it still hurt like crap, but cups make it uncomfortable to move. whenever i did competitive speedball i was just thankfull the ball didnt break (the balls would bounce off, never bust) and just keep on playing
