I live in Atlanta, we're working closer and closer to 100* every day. In this weather I can't run more than 30 minutes before I feel like I have to go hydrate and get out of the heat. I have to run though, this is the worst possible time for me to stop running, so any tips on running and staying hydrated in the heat?

We've got an air conditioned building with a track. Look for a similar place?

Yeah I just posted some stuff in another thread about mineral and salt replacement - Essential if you want to take in and absorb the water you're drinking.
You can buy electrolytes for drinking in powder form, they're good to drink once a day to replace sodium and potassium that is sweated out.

While running of course a camel back is good, or just a back with a platypus bladder.

Make sure you're not drinking tea/coffee/stimulant drinks as they contain diuretics which make you pass more water.
Also make sure you're not consuming more sugars than you need, as this can hinder water absorption/retainment.

A light camel back would help you keep hydrated while you run.
