You can buy electrolytes for drinking in powder form, they're good to drink once a day to replace sodium and potassium that is sweated out.
While running of course a camel back is good, or just a back with a platypus bladder.
Make sure you're not drinking tea/coffee/stimulant drinks as they contain diuretics which make you pass more water.
Also make sure you're not consuming more sugars than you need, as this can hinder water absorption/retainment.
