Does anyone have any place in the Ocean/Monmouth county area where you can get tanks hydro tested?

OK new to paint ball and changing to HPA. I have been looking up on how to read these bottles. every thing I have found looks totally different to my bottles. Most of my Bottles have Hydro test @ dates some have made on dates while others I can't find any date (or any thing that looks like a date)on them. here are the numbers on the 2 new tanks I just bought. They are Aluminum HPA tanks.

First line closest to the neck.
TC-3ALM 207 GSM
SECOND LINE
DOT-3AL 3000 A140439 M0816 10 TUV1 12 0.79L

These are the only things on these tanks can you help to decipher these.

Thanks

Maybe it's the 10 TUV1 12

Oct 2012. TUV1 would be a manufacturer.
