I have been re-reading my old issues of RECON magazine. I really miss it! I have enjoyed RECON Online, but I am old school; I like to have a magazine in my hands. Is there any magazine out that deals specifically with woodsball and comes close to RECON? APG is O.K., but the other mags I have looked at are not what i am after... Kudos to everyone working on RECON Online!

did anyone else notice in the last APG that they labeled an e-mag as a mini in a caption on page 24?

It's APG. You are lucky if most stuff is spelled correctly.

Same here dude. I remembered when I first got my first recon. I honestly didn't know how AWESOME it would be. I think I sat there on my couch for nearly 3 hours and completely, and I mean completely read the whole thing. My next order was all the remaining ones :D

I have them all bookmarked in categories such as "tactics" "positions" "stories" with little colored sticky notes

I still page through them every now and then...

When I got my first issue of Recon I had only been reading APG before then. Needless to say comparing the two was like reading a 3rd graders views of paintball and then flipping through a college professors notes on the game. No offense to the fine people at APG. They've been cluing new players in for years.

I have to admit that I do like Jungle quite a bit though.

Why can't they use something like the Pelican. Who just print as many as you ask so they can only print the amount of people that sigh up meaning there is no lose only gain...

Can any one tell me how many people read this? I have been thinking about opening up a magazine for things in the paintball area. If there is any way i can work something out I would love to include some content from RECON. (Of course it would all be credited to RECON)
