They need a special designation! Something bad buttocks for those rolling behemoths! Name it after a tank from real steel since the Javelin position is named after an anti-tank weapon. Like Panzer, Tiger, Challenger, or Leopard. OH, I GOT IT!!! Its going to be the CHIEFTAIN. Sweet.

Anyone got an idea?

:( :) :) :panzer: :panzer: ROLL OUT!!

Why do people feel that everything must have a retarded position name? They are just something made up by SO to sell items

How can spec ops sell a tank item? They are all custom garage made.

And so what if it positions are named? It may make spec ops money but it promotes Tippmanns gear and shows new players a system of order. That paintball isnt as chaotic. The positions arent made to say you need just those items. But suggest items to people looking for gear in that playstyle.

Why do people feel they have to waste their time telling other people they are wasting their time? Seriously, no need to thread jack just to flame the guy's idea. Despite its 100th repeat.

Land, its all been discussed and rehashed a bajillion times. Welcome to the Forum. :(

I'll add this to your suggestion: Great! Good idea! But SO should make those brigade slots something that can be user-modified. That way everyone can make up their own position. You get yours, and Tommy gets his. Tons of good ideas out there, none universal. Make it customizable and then it works for everybody.

I figured that would be best. But I am just saying. What SO should do is a Frontman, Middleman, Backplayer, Leader, and ScenarioSpecialist positions.

Fronts could be Daggers and such. Middleman are Sabres, broadswords, and such. Backplayers are snipers, commanders and such. Then scenario are javelins and tanks.

But thats confusing people even more and *yawn*...

lol no i see what ur sayin bro. its a good idea but some people might think it sounds a little speedballish with frontman, middleman, and backplayer. and from the majority of the woodsballers that i know, they really don't have a thing for speedball......even though i occasionally go out there  lol but good suggestions. great to see ur new to the forum and already postin ideas. welcome aboard

True...Damn those speedballers with their flashy guns and hot women...

Then again, a hot woman might be more inclined to touch my marker if I wasn't so rough with it...

Don't spec ops do that tank thing? Double trouble ontop with swapable twin JCS 'zookas. Think that was 2 years ago that I saw it.

And I think the SO positions are suppose to be useable on EVERY woodsball field. So tanks won't be in all fields so it's a pointless suggestion, so are the previous 2000 suggestions, I think SO covered everything.

I'm not being an poop shooter I'm just saying you could check the previous ideas.

Well the Javelin is pictured in the group photo of the scenario positions in the Spec Ops Articles. Why have him pictured and named if they need tanks to do their job?

Because they were showing that there is the posibility of a custom scenario role that could be used in scenarios that involve blowing stuff up, idk, I didn't write the script. Maybe it was a hiden idea that you don't have to follow the set classes, maybe it was a marketing ploy like the rest of it to let people know they sell the Launcher? Only they know... If they do...
