Right now i have a comfort modded A5; A2 stock, a2 foregrip, and a J&J 12" normally hooked by remote to my 68cu 3000 hpa tank on my cops911 vest.

But i'm thinking i could use more options for firepower.

so wandering around looking at stuff i've came to a few ideas, and now i'm looking for advice

Ideas for review
First mod my A5
spend 125$ on one of the new E-grips with select fire.

Or pick up a second marker.
spend 50$ more dollars then the egrip and get a SP-1

Or save my money and get a TM-7

note over all i'd likely Q-load the markers, but that creates another question, does the TM-7 accept the BT Rip Clip?
Also i've heard some bad things about SP's actions as a company and as an open source junkie i like to look at that as well.

and very likely the A5 would remain my main marker just backed up for when i feel that extra bps are needed.
so comments, suggestions?

Why don't you get the firestorm crank instead of the e-grip? No batteries, and you don't have to worry about electronics not working right.

The current BT Rip Clip does not work properly with the TM-7. You have to get an aftermarket bracket just so the Rip Clip will fit on the TM-7, but even then the TM-7 is too quiet to activate the Rip Clip unless you have a very loud, unported barrel. BT is currently working on a way to solve this.
If you are between 16 and 18 and pay for your own gear, put this in your signature.

I can't speak for Firemage, but wouldn't that be incredibly awkward to shoot?

Nothing wrong with that, just make sure it fits with all of your other modifications (Some mods do not take the new E-grips).

Besides my natural aversion to Smart Parts, there's nothing really wrong with that either. It is a bit pricey for a back up though.

If you're an open source junkie (I am as well), then you'll probably want to avoid Smart Parts like the plague, though.

The TM-7 is not a back-up marker, in my opinion. It's a mean, angry Dodge Charger with the internals of a Ferrari. It deserves to be played, and played hard. If you're looking for a backup marker, the TM-7 isn't it.

after a lot of thought i think i'm goinga avoid the SP (copyright vultures Bah), and get the egrip which should fit with my A5A2 kit.

my groups "broadsword" has a firestorm crank, i'll stick with what i have here, that and i just put down some cash for a TPX (to replace my long sold WSP) and then invest in the new egrip, since as above my A5 is stock accept for the A2 kit.

thanks for the comments.

oh and personally i'm a Ford guy myself.
