Does anyone know where I could download and burn some mods for games on the 360?

I know you can mod games on computers, I just don't know if it's possible for the 360.

Get Action Replay if they have it out for 360. It's not really modding, but There are some awesome single-player saves on there for when the Internets are not working.

I've looked everywhere and I think you're right. You would think that a hacker would be able to make some kind of
a mod by now.

Because all the good hackers are paid big bucks by Microsoft and other game companies so the not-so-good hackers cant mod the games as easily

Modded game systems usually just make your games system play other types of games like old arcade games. I order to make (or mod) console games you'll have to have the correct software to burn them to a CD/DVD. And testing testing any of the game media on console you need a developer version of the console. But yet there are games like FarCry that come with map editors so I'm not sure why there is more software out for console modding.

Microsft XNA game studio express lets you create games for the 360. I don't know if it will let you mod them though. You might try and see.
I love it when a plan comes together.

XNA is only for arcade games, it won't let you make any REAL 360 (I mean in terms of graphics and scale). To my knowledge, the hackers haven't even gotten Linux to work on it yet. They've come close though...
