Well, the problem is clearly the cyclone. When a ball does load, does it shoot fine? No velocity problems? What happens when you pull the trigger and you look down at the unloaded cyclone from above?

Well then the gun is not the problem, it's the cyclone. Probably any modifications you did to it, possibly the vortex. I have no idea what it is or how it works, I just know it's a cyclone upgrade thing.

I pull the trigger no ball air somtimes a ball but rarely. check my brigade page for add ons. Cant work on it now not untill week end. leave it all here!
Worked before the lightning rod and vortex, new back bolt, spring kit, and e grip: installed vortex with the drilling method, i had the cyclone blades too tight but loosened 'em all ready, help a bit.

Drilling Method, care to share what that had to do with the Cyclone?

Their is 2 types of installation for the vortex, one is the drilling method, check tec t's site for more info.

THe earlier Vortex's had a compression pin instead. But when using a L Rod you need to drill out (enlarge that hole) for a standard pin duethe problems a compression system would have on the bearing's.

Okay a few starter questions:

Did you cut down the ratchet spring when installing the vortex?

What lube are you using on the vortex?

Is the manual advance operating smoothly?

What brand/style back bolt?

What spring are you using from the kit?

What exactly did you drill, cus I dont see anything that has to do with using a drill, I even watched the Video a couple of times (to make sure I didnt miss anything) and I dont see any drilling in the video as well.
