First off, the Triple Pod Pouch.
Everything is great here. Oversized velcro flaps, good fit around the belt. And it fits my q-pods perfectly, so it will definitely fit 140 or 160 round pods with ease. Good everything. I got what I payed for.

Next, the leg bottle pouch.
Well, I wish it rode higher on my leg. With a 20 ounce tank, there's still a lot of room, so a 24 ounce or large air tank will fit. There are two external straps to keep the bottle from wiggling around, and two pieces of velcro that criss-cross around the top of the tank, securely fastening it in place. I keep it on the back of my leg, but it still would be hard to spring with; the back of your leg hits it when you run. The belt attachment piece is secure and works well. If it rode a little higher on the leg, it'd be perfect, and besides that, it is.
