Blaze Orange! That'd be fun...

I'd love to have an orange PB vest. I just don't feel like wasting the money.

I love the SO Digi. Several guys on the OPFOR commented that even when I started shooting, they couldn't seem to get a visual fix on my position, even when I was on the move. I'd hit them, then when they tried to suppress me, I'd hit the deck and pop up 20 yards away. Unfortunatly I've had 2 pairs of Marauders crap out on me, so I'm considering BDU's or ACU's. I don't know if I'm just getting a run of bad luck, but the material doesn't seem too durable. There's a good reason why the first production run of ACU's were 100% cotton, then after thousands of complaints in the field for major tearing, it was changed to 50/50 Nylon/Cotton Ripstop. I had a buddy deployed to Afganistan who went through 4 pairs of ACU pants in a month, with the same failures I experienced. I really don't want to switch back to BDU, but I need durability, so unless the Marauder gets a little tougher, I guess I'll be getting some of the new gen. ACU's. Another camo not mentioned, that is very effective is ASAT. My buddy Shane (Ambush Sniper) uses that stuff, and when he hits the field, he is a ghost. Even looking directly at him, knowing he's there it's very hard to pick out from the background.

Dude go with the Tru-Spec Tactical Responce Uniform. It's built in the ACU cut but in diffrent patterns and Propper also have MARPAT in the ACU cut. But for me I tried ACU's in the woods and I got a .68 caliber beat down by my friends who were wearing woodland and my bro in vietnam tiger stripe. I think I'll stick to woodland.

Here is a picture showing an omnipat vest next to woodland, multicam, spec-ops digi and ACU camo pants.

UNFORTUNATELY, there seem to be no omnipat pouches available! Hopefully Spec Ops is working on that!

Special Ops Digi and MARPAT are not the same. I have a MARPAT remote cover and in comparison to special ops digi at a local Academy sports store it is not the same. Marpat is based on real MARPAT and has the MARPATs majority brown as a result. I know, I have a set of official issue MARPAT jacket and pants.

Special Ops Digi is more green based.

As for me I cannot choose because it's an either or poll. But I will say that it is their Marpat and Multicam and Omnipat. In the event of no Multicam available for a product I want I have found that Omnipat is a superb substitute.

I just wish I could get my hands on more of their stuff in their Marpat material. The stuff I have has served me very well and I am very satisfied.

My absolute favorite is MARPAT followed closely by Multicam & Omnipat.

wait who said spec ops digi and marpat are the same, cuz who ever said that is flat out retarded.

however , i use different camouflage for different situations, i find marpat in general is amazing, but i wear acu at night( playing in the desertish areas at night) acu is amazing for night time. to the naked eye at night everything is a greyish color in the desert. and of course, multicam......it is amazing but however i try not to get it too dirty on account of it being the real stuff in a marine corp style prototype

I use flecktarn camo. Its sort of the basis of digi-camo. The only problem is finding flecktarn vests and accesories.
