Hey I am haveing problems with my ion it just worked the other day and now it wont work I got a brand new battery put in it so it's not that I pushed the button as far as it will go and it won't turn on some one please help me

Buy a mechanical marker, they don't take batteries and they don't need to be "turned on".

try taking the board out of the frame and pushing the actual little button. sometimes the rubber button either breaks or gets misaligned. If thats not it, check all of the connections on the board, make sure none are frayed or broken. If that doesnt help, you will most likely need a new board.

It's the small, upper green panel on the side of the board that faces the side of the on button.
