The Black Mark

Take black coffee

Add Makers Mark

It'll put hair on your chest. The bourbon takes the harsh off the coffee takes the harsh off the bourbon.

Wasn't a fan of beer when I left America for Germany, that has changed rather quickly.

Had some super yummy whiskey this weekend. My friend bought a $30 sampler pack. Don't even remember the brand. It was three small bottles. Each with two servings. We split each bottle. One was from 1985, one was 1997, and one was a special run. All were sooooooooooo yummy. XD must buy them myself. Its like paying bar prices for the drink. $5 a drink. But the 1985 goes for $150 a bottle. So its a great deal. XD

Definitely not looking forward to this happening. Plus I'll still have a year and a half before I can drink the US. Luckily I have 8 months left to enjoy drinking legally here.

I picked up an appreciation for German beers from my father. He spent almost 3 years stationed over there, and I missed being born over there by two weeks. Maisel's Weisse and Hoffbrau were two of his favorites. And we can still find Maisel's Weisse over here.

Wait until the Christmas markets start up over there. They make this warm alcoholic punch, they call them a Bowle. Warms you from the inside.

When we were at the beach, my friends dad did an Iced Coffee one every morning. Not sure of the measurements (he made a 12 cup pot of coffee, then mixed this stuff in).
Coconut Rum (He used Cruzan, not sure if it matters), Kahlua, and a splash of gold Jose or Ryan's Irish Cream (depending on what he felt like that morning).

Basically, it was Coconut flavored coffee, but iced down it was awesome.

They finally started selling Kraken Rum in handles. Same bottle design too, so I can still be blackout drunk and not drop the bottle.
Whoever designed that bottle was a smart fella.
