Ship, do you know of any way to have a pb gun on base (stored)? Could I keep it disassembled in my car? Thoughts?

Ask your leadership. Alternatively, call the MP station. The desk SGT is always looking for someone to talk to.

I keep mine in my trunk, since I live in barracks. I can store them in the barracks, but it would be in the Arms Room, and I would need a signed memo from my commander every time I wanted to "draw" my paintball guns from the Armorer.... so yeah, I keep them in my car, or sometimes at my friends house, since he comes with me to play all the time.

I know there is an armory around, but yes.. It would be too much...

Exactly. Like EagleEye and I said, the only legit way to store your pbgun on base is to check it in with an armoror.

You could keep it in your car, or if you have a locker that's exempt from inspections you could keep it there (but you damn well better keep it locked haha!) but both of those options and anything else you could come up with, short of storing it in the armory would be uhhh... frowned upon, by the establishment should they find out.

Also like I said, I came up with a lot of colorful solutions to this dilemma. But since you're a new guy I shouldn't and wouldn't encourage you to do the same haha!

You squids and all your rates and hogwash. Why not just stick with fricken ranks!?! Entirely too many letters and numbers and such that go with your titles. =P

Simplicity and the Navy are a big no.

That applies to all branches they just dont like simple stuff -.-

You know the saying "work smarter, not harder?" Well in the Army it's more like "Work harder, we don't pay you to think soldier." Lol, FML

And yeah, Navy ranks/rating/job titles/nicknames whatever the hell it's called confuse the hell outa me. Even their officers get weird titles (compared to Army, Air Force, Marines, ect), but being called Admiral would be friggin' sweet......

Marines = Work harder, dont get anything in exchange besides not get hated by your CO as much :)

They pay me to think harder. And they are definitely getting their money's worth

Lol. Pwned by a marine.

Just for Fun:

MARINE: My A## Rides In Navy Equipment, Sir.

US ARMY (backwards): Yes My Retarded A## Signed Up.

NAVY: Never Again Volunteer Yourself

AIR FORCE...... I've got nothing. Can anyone help me out on that?

I don't see the pwn. A failure of reading comprehension on the Marine's part leading to misinterpretation is the likely culprit. Muscles Are Required, Intelligence, Not Expected. :P
