Im having a problem disassembling my gun, i noticed an O-ring hanging out of the side so, i was going to disassemble and find out whats happening. But i get all six main screws out and the clamshells wont budge past about an eighth of an inch on the back end and barely any on the front, So I have tinkered for about 15 minutes with the front sight and different things trying to get it to open up but to no avail.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: I have found the problem, some idiod had JB Weld smeared in a hole that had a stripped bolt... Ive got the gun apart now.

And the O-ring was from the endcap, it had came lose somehow.

The O-ring between the End Cap and the Hammer is supposed to be loose and its called a Buffer Ring, its there to help cushion the Hammer from slamming into the End Cap each time the Hammer cycles back to be recocked.

sometimes mine gets stuck on me. usually for me its eather the pins or the end cap is stuck to both sides.

make sure all screws are removed and the little thingy on the blow back bolt. the rubber handle thing-a-ma-bob

other then that I really cant say I know whats going on. try to pry it open a little. get a phillips screwdriver or something.
