Are there any bolt action paintball sniper guns?

If you would like to make one however, then you'll need a pump marker. Second you'll need an old rifle, or a nice peice of wood to use as the body/ stock. next you'll need to route a rod through the body to the pump handle and back up to the back of the marker. Custom jobs are hard, if you do, be sure to take it slow and steady. Also welcome to the forums.

There are none in mass production that I know of, only custom works and older models.
I know you can turn the recock off on an Omen and it becomes sort of bolt action, and you could probably easily mod (no power tools needed) an autococker to do the same thing.
I'm back from a long long long time of no paintball, drooling over markers older then I am.

If you really want something your best bet to to find an old k-2 rifle on ebay. Nelpots and PGs are also bolt action pistols from back in the days before pump actions. Then there is almost always a splatmaster for sale on ebay which is a kind of reverse bolt action.
K-2s are the only bolt action "rifle" that I know of made for paintball. All others are a custom job. You might be able to get something made for you at Palmer's shop, but expect your pockets to be empty afterwards.
