So I want to get an Apex for my sp8 and I was wondering if the 6" AA front with the Apex adapter will be long enough to clear the shroud.

I'm not sure how you're measuring the AA front, but if memory serves, the 12" setup was too short, I just can't remember if I used 14" or 14"+1" extension. I'll take a look at it again tonight

There was room to set it up on a 12", but it didn't leave any room to grab the barrel. If you're okay with unscrewing the APEX everytime you want to take off or tighten the barrel 12" will work.

I wish so bad i could shoot somebody with that. oh the coolness.
Then again Im goin paintballin in a week, havnt been in like a month because of school.
I got the paintball jitters, i need some paintball insulin and i should be fine.
