I haven't played paintball in a long time so I think I may be a little out or touch. I just picked up a magazine and I don't recognize any of the paintballs. I remember that zap paint was pretty good from time to time, and proball was the absolutely fantastic (in color combos and performance) is this still true? are they still even in production? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

depends on what kindof gun u have dude. I personally like Anarchy which is made by Nelson. It his a very thick paint and it flys pretty straight. The best price i found for Anarchy was at actionvillage.com(48$ a case). I have bought like at least 20 cases from them in my time and i have only had a few broken balls. If you have the money the best paintball is Marbelizer (80$ per case). You could also try evil paintballs.

Nelson, that sounds familiar. Thanks for the input.

really good paint would have to be marbz, inferno, and something else

the only reason nelson anarchy is so good for you is b/c of the paint-bore match

it all just depends on your barrel

but zap and proball are still around in some places

You can still buy zap paint at Gart Sports for around $20.00 per 500 if you catch it on sale. I've used it in my custom 98 all summer and thru the winter and have only broken a few balls.
